Choose Happiness Spiral Notebook

Bright, vibrant, and quietly bold — this ruled spiral notebook brings a little ritual to everyday writing. The front cover artwork radiates warmth and optimism with a kaleidoscopic, visionary illustration and the uplifting message “CHOOSE HAPPINESS.” Inside, smooth 90gsm lined pages invite long-form journaling, notes, lists, or morning pages. A sturdy metal spiral lets the book lie flat or fold back for comfortable one-handed writing, and an inner document pocket keeps loose notes and mementos secure. Its compact 6" x 8" size slips into bags easily, ready for creative bursts, reflective journaling, or planning sessions that center intention and calm.
