Choose Happiness Spiral Notebook Ruled Journal for Positivity & Daily Notes

This spiral notebook invites quiet focus and playful inspiration. The cover’s vivid, otherworldly scene centers a serene Buddha and the glowing phrase “CHOOSE HAPPINESS,” turning an everyday notebook into a small ritual: open it, breathe, and let your thoughts settle. The ruled 90gsm pages take pen and pencil smoothly, while the metal spiral lays flat for easy note-taking. A hidden document pocket on the inside back keeps loose notes, receipts, or stickers safely tucked away. At 6" x 8" it’s compact enough for a tote or desk stack, but bold enough to be noticed — a pocket-sized companion for journaling, planning, or sketching bright ideas.
